Science Port Holland offers a 'soft landing' to international companies interested in a quick start in the Rotterdam-Delft region. Our soft landing program is a one-stop shop to achieve a fast, small scale start at Science Port Holland, with opportunities for growth.

Specifically, the soft landing program offers:

• Flexible office space, possibly furnished, with flexible lease terms. Office space is available up from one desk to offices of 30-60 m2. These offices are situated in one of the multi-tenant buildings in Science Port Holland, including the incubator YES!Delft next to the campus of Delft University of Technology.
• Assistance in setting up a Dutch establishment of the company, including advice on tax, legal and financial matters, assistance with visas and permits, help with finding housing, international schools etc.
• Introduction to business networks. A lot of (international) companies are already located at Science Port Holland, often united in formal and informal business networks. The soft landing program offers access to these networks to share experiences, make new contacts and initiate collaborations.

Our soft landing program aims specifically at international, innovative high tech companies, both start-ups and grown multinational firms.

The soft landing program is a combined effort by Science Port Holland NV, the WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA), the incubator YES!Delft and Delft University of Technology.
