A business club, organizing regular informal meetings and also offering education and training facilities to foreign scientists, postdocs and students.
Venture Capital
Science Port Holland NV will help to set up a venture capital network, while also providing assistance and support in establishing contacts with these investment funds.
Talks are ongoing with several venture capital firms about the creation of new investment funds. The aim is to form specialized funds in cooperation with e.g. Delft University of Technology & the Valorization Centre and Stadshavens Rotterdam, mainly to assist the funding of start-ups and fast growing companies.
Incubator
Incubator to accommodate spin-offs of both universities, managed by Science Port Holland's partners YES!Delft and Dnamo. Their services focus on inspiration, education, incubation and growth of starting companies. The incubator facility YES!Delft is currently located in Science Port Holland – Technopolis, Dnamo in the RDM Campus in Rotterdam.
